2ZEND19 – Zen Doodling

It’s a way to have fun, to relax and relieve stress or mind chatter.

It’s a meditative tool and opens a way to become more creative.

You will be shown step by step how to build up repeated patterns, add some variations of size, colour and contrast till a design appears.

Bring along paper or A5 drawing book, gel pens, black fine liner (very fine) and a grey lead pencil.
